Here is part 2, talking about the chain, sprockets and tyre sizes I'm changing on my Daytona 675 "track bike to be". Here I'm replacing the stock ratio 15T front sprocket with a smaller 14T JT sprocket but the front sprocket nut didn't want to undo without a fight!
