Starting in sunny Vero Beach, Florida, and moving through the challenges of IFR training in Germany, I've faced it all. From nerves on my first flight with TUI to discovering the massive A330 with Discover Airlines, every step shaped me.

Now, at 30, I'm embarking on a new chapter as a CRP. What does it take? I'll break it down for you: lots of flight hours, seniority, and passing rigorous assessments. But the payoff is worth it!
