Biryani masala - 1tsp
Pav bhaji masala - 1tsp
Rose water - 1tsp
Kewra water - 1 tsp
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Black cardamom - 1
Clove - 3
Mace - 1/2
Cinnamon stick
Star anise -1
Bay leaf - 1
Black pepper - 10-11
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Onion - 2
Green chilli - 3-4
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Tomato -2
Salt to taste
Potato - 1
Potato - 1
Mushrooms - as required
Add capsicum - 1
Peas(frozen) - 1 small bowl
Add ghee(clarified butter) or butter - 1tsp
Water - 5 cups
Coriander and mint leaves
Paneer - 200 gm or as required

Raita:
Hot water
Boondi as required
Curd - 4tbsp
Water as required
Black salt to taste
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Hing - 1pinch
Add lemon juice according to taste
Coriander leaves
Green chilli - 1
