Initiated in 2021, the Art in Transit Program created digital animations for poems selected by the Poetry Society of America. The poems are presented on digital displays at the following stations - Crystal City, Farragut North, NoMa-Gallaudet, Gallery Place-Chinatown, L’Enfant Plaza, and Metro Center.
