Russian President Vladimir Putin has introduced a bill to the State Duma to ratify the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement between Russia and North Korea. It was published in the State Duma's legislative database on 14 October. Western media reported that North Korea supplies artillery shells to Russia, which are used in the Russian-Ukrainian war. In addition, military engineers from the DPRK are helping Russian troops to strike Ukraine, and North Korean soldiers are taking part in battles on the side of Russia. Russian oppositionist Gennady Hudkov @GennadyHudkov together with Channel 24 host Ihor Havryshchak discussed this news.
