This is one of the most famous in Hong Kong for its roast goose. It was formerly a Michelin One Star and became Bib Gourmand. The half goose portion is not very large today. Felt like the goose shrank. I personally find Yat Lok to be tastier with better skin texture.

By the way, the breakaway family business is Kam's Roast Goose. I think Kam's is much better and continued to be Michelin Star (one at the time of recording). Go and try these if you have the time.
