Stephanie, like the thousands of other Air France flight attendants, welcomes passengers on board Air France flights.
As well as her commercial role, she is also responsible for ensuring safety in the cabin, under the responsibility of the flight captain.
On each flight, a purser - or chief purser assisted by one or several pursers on long-haul flights - is in charge of all the flight attendants who make up the cabin crew.
