This is a movement that is often used in Kendo attacks to hold back the opponent's Shinai. The interesting part will be how to connect to the attack from here. In this video, I tried to choose which of the techniques to hit after holding down is the most useful and easy to use, based on my own opinion and bias. Please enjoy!

Learning Kendo on YouTube is now a must. If you can master it, you will make a big difference to those around you, and I think it will be an opportunity to overturn the difference in ability. I am creating this book with the hope that I can help someone lead a Kendo life in which they can move closer to their goals during their youth without regrets.
