NO MORE CONE OF SHAME!! This recovery suit(onesie) is a great alternative to the big, bulky cone. If you are thinking of getting your dog or cat spayed or neutered, this is a necessity. Get it and have it on hand for after the surgery, and your pet will thank you. For the first few days post surgery we actually used the onesie while we were home, and the cone if we left coco alone at home. She never bothered her incision and it healed up perfectly. After the first few days, she wore the surgery recovery suit(onesie at all times even if we left the house). You know your pet and what they need, if you don't trust them, continue to use the cone if you're not there to supervise. The e-collar is so big and bulky, it made our dog sad and depressed. The onesie is lightweight, comfortable and so easy to wear. Our dog was able to sleep so much better in the onesie than the cone. I swear by this and would highly recommend it to any cat or dog post surgery.
