On September 16th - 17, 2022, Kyle and I completed our first 100 mile race. Finishing the Run Rabbit Run in Steamboat Springs Colorado. With a course listed at 101 miles, 20,000+ ft of elevation gain, and is mostly run at around 10,000 ft. This is not an easy race. Especially for your first 100 miler… you plan on running with your friend. With the goal of staying together the entire time.

As you will see in the video, there were ups and downs emotionally and physically. Steep climbs, bears, and lots of sleet and rain. And hopefully the video does this epic race some justice!
