🏠 Arrival in Sepilok – Kicking off our adventure with a cold beer at the B&B!
🦧 Visit to Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre – We saw orangutans up close in their natural habitat and even stopped by the nursery for the younger ones.
🐻 Sun Bear Conservation Centre – A chance to see the smallest bears in the world, rescued and rehabilitated.
🌿 Rainforest Discovery Centre – We trekked through the jungle, spotted macaques, and took an epic canopy walk with breathtaking views.
🚐 Trip to Kinabatangan River – After a scenic bus ride, we arrived at Sukau Backpackers B&B, ready for the next part of our adventure.
🛶 River Cruises – We spotted Bornean pygmy elephants, proboscis monkeys, and other wildlife as we cruised the river, including an exciting night cruise with the jungle coming to life in the dark.
🐒 Jungle Walks – From elephant tracks to playful macaques, each step through the jungle was filled with excitement.
🚤 Final River Cruise – We wrapped it all up with one last peaceful river cruise, spotting more proboscis monkeys and enjoying the stunning jungle views.
