We're fitting the Schroth QuickFit ASM 4 point harness on our E46 M3 road car. This car still has back seats in place for enjoyment on the road and is fitted with Recaro CS Sportster seats. These seats are a great road / track hybrid seat, but top of the body still need some support to tie you into the seating position on track.
