Do you know that flutes come in different tube thicknesses? Most flutes will come with the standard thickness of 0.16”. But when choosing a flute, it’s helpful to understand how tubing thickness can change the way you sound.
How does it enhance your tone? Does a thickness make the flute easier or more difficult to play?
These answers can be found in my video sponsored by the Flute Center of New York.
I compare the 3 different tube thicknesses and discuss the benefits of each so that you can decide which is best for you.
Have fun!
