Hey GUYS!

I am so excited to share this with you. I have struggled to manage stress my entire life, and it's taken me my late 20s to take the steps I needed to improve my life.

As an ambitious, driven person, I always thought huge amounts of stress is just the tax you need to pay. But this could not be further from the truth.
Stress and your goals should not cost you your health, well-being and mental peace - these goals exist to enhance your life, not take from it.

I talk about my journey, my realisations, and what I do to continue chasing my ambitions and dreams while finally having a healthier relationship with stress. (work in progress!). I really hope you find it of use :)

SIDE NOTE:

I want this to be a space where we talk about the often forgotten parts of health and wellbeing - beyond what you eat, and how you exercise - but about our quality of life, connection, fulfilment, fears as they have a significant effect on our health and wellbeing. Often these raw experiences are left unaddressed in the mainstream but are very difficult to reconcile and make sense of alone.

There is so much to hit, I would love to know what you would like to see!
