I made a basque cheesecake that is easy to make and has a rich chocolate flavor.
I made this gluten-free recipe without adding flour for a thicker texture.

▷Ingredients(φ15cm):
200g cream cheese
100g mascarpone cheese
2 eggs
30g sugar
100g sweet chocolate
200ml heavy cream

▷How to make:
1. Heat the cream in a small saucepan to about 80°C. Add the chopped sweet chocolate and melt it.
2. Mix cream cheese and mascarpone cheese until smooth.
3. Add sugar to the whole egg mixture and mix well. Add to the cheese mixture in (2) about 3 times, mixing well each time.
4. Add the cream mixture from (1) and mix.
5. Crumple the cookie sheet so as not to tear it and place it in the mold.
6. Pour the batter into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 230℃ for 23 to 28 minutes.
7. Remove from heat and refrigerate overnight.
