The Body (2001) is an intriguing movie that deals with the discovery of a body in a tomb in Jerusalem, that bears all the hallmarks of the crucified Jesus Christ. There are strong performances from Antonio Banderas, Olivia Williams, Derek Jacobi and John Shrapnel in this intelligently scripted religious / political thriller. The emotive music score was composed by Serge Colbert.
