Chaiwala dresses up as a ghost in order to scare motu patlu into returning all the money that they owe him. After he is caught, he confesses that he got the idea after viewing posters that have been put up all across furfurinagar by Lala Bhagat Ram. He challenges people to spend a night in his haunted villa. Whoever does so successfully, would receive an award of one lakh rupees

Chaiwala berpakaian seperti hantu untuk menakuti motu patlu agar mengembalikan uang yang mereka hutangkan kepadanya. Setelah ditangkap, dia mengaku mendapat ide setelah melihat poster yang dipasang diseluruh furfurinagar oleh Lala Bhagat Ram. Dia menantang orang untuk bermalam di villa berhantu miliknya. Siapapun yang berhasil melakukanya, akan mendapatkan penghargaan satu lakh rupees
