Smoked Pork Loin Filet on the ‪@chargriller2402‬ 980.

Ingredients -

1 - Pork Loin Filet
Yellow Mustard
BBQ Rub Of Your Choice
BBQ Sauce Of Your Choice

Directions -

Add yellow mustard to the pork loin filet as a binder.
Put BBQ Rub on each side and on the ends.
Fire up you ‪@chargriller2402‬ to 250 Degrees.
Once ‪@chargriller2402‬ has reached 250 Degrees place the pork loin filet onto the griller.
Let it smoked until internal temperature reaches 135-140 degrees internal and then coat it down with BBQ Sauce of your choice.
Once internal temp is around 145 pull off and let rest for bout 10-15 minutes
Slice up the Pork Loin Filet and have one great dinner.
