Mark and John run the East Race Waterway in South Bend, IN, on July 14, 2013. This was their fourth run (the first of day two) of a two-day trip during which they ran the full Race six times and one time, tired of the portage, they put in at the halfway point ran just the second half of the course. John stopped recording after this run because, as he said, "I'm going to try some stupid $^&%" and he didn't want to risk losing his GoPro.
