The Chic Country pattern is a contemporary version of a traditional winding ways design. We have taken a complex traditional design and simplified it by using the Quick Curve Ruler to cut the curved pieces, and then use an easy no-stress curved sewing technique. This tutorial walks you through the basics of making the 5" x 5" block from which the entire quilt is made.
