In this video the tractors are ready to put in our 2020 rice crop. One problem here in California: where's the water? In the month of February it did not rain once in the north state. The Lake Oroville Dam is full of water from last year but our snow pack is very light. We need to snow to supplement our reservoirs over the spring and summer. We need a wet and snowy March.
