Do you like mocha topping on Rotiboy? I've decided to try putting mocha topping on top of salted bread! Salted bread is delicious on its own, but how much more delicious will it be with mocha topping, right?

This time, I shaped it a bit flatter, around 50-60cm, unlike the previous salt bread video, and I wrapped the butter more meticulously to ensure that no butter leaks out. I wonder if, even when shaped like this, a lot of butter would still ooze out onto the oven pan or if the bottom of the salted bread would fry due to the butter? Please check it out in the video. 😋

Salted bread should be baked at a high temperature, but I baked it at a slightly lower temperature for the mocha topping. I also used a spray bottle to give it some steam while baking! (You can check in the video if the salted bread is crispy)

(Unlike last time, I didn't put the oven pan and heat it, but you can try that as well.)

* Preheat the oven to 356°F for 15 minutes, then bake at 383°F for 15 minutes (based on a microwave oven). (I preheated to 356°F, but you can preheat to about 383°F)
