We invite you to join the conversation as we delve into the intriguing depths of SF supervision. Having both recently acquired accredited qualifications in coaching supervision, we started chatting and soon became engrossed in discussions about all things SF supervision: ‘How does SF enhance other supervision models? Is it really different to coaching? What would you do when..? During this interactive workshop, we'll:
– Identify the distinguishing features of SF Supervision.
– Explore the benefits and drawbacks of selecting SF or non-SF supervision training
– Engage in scenario-based discussions, unveiling fresh strategies for SF supervisory challenges.

BIO
Janine Waldman
As a coach, supervisor, organisational development consultant and author with three decades of experience, Janine has introduced thousands of coaches, managers and professionals to solutions-focused approaches and is passionate about engendering positive, sustainable change. Janine is co-author of "Positively Speaking: The Art of Constructive Conversations with a Solutions Focus" and “The Resilience Pocketbook”. Her professional accreditations include ICF PCC and ILM Level 7 in Coaching Supervision.

Abi Boughton-Thomas
Abi works as a SF therapist and EMCC Senior Practitioner SF coach for Green Tree Therapy, Budd Development, Cognomie, Best Hopes Coaching and Consulting and in private practice. She also co-facilitates a programme called Your Research Matters, the wonderful community coaching programme created by Kate Tapper for PHd students and researchers, weaving in SF magic wherever possible. She trained as an SF supervisor in 2023, and SF supervision is becoming an increasingly important part of her work portfolio, both 1:1 and with groups.
