When it comes to almost any type of fishing, it is often debated that nothing is more exciting than having a hungry fish explode on a topwater. In the east central region, the Mosquito Lagoon is famous for its shallow water redfish and trout action. Get out early enough in the morning and throw a topwater and you'll be sure to have a hungry red or two swinging at your plug.
