Flosstube #10 What you can do for North Carolina Stitchers (Cross Stitch Xmas Care packages)

Robin connected with Meredith, a North Carolina Stitcher through Acorns & Threads Tuesday nights Zoom. Meredith has an idea for helping North Carolina stitchers working in conjunction with NC LNS and the Embroiderers' Guild of America. Robin describes Meredith's idea and what local stitchers are doing to help. She includes WIPs, starts, and curated cross stitch collection. The Purple Thread (Sharon Vebos) has shared some Christmas designs to inspire ornament-making. Robin has received conflicting information about a retreat in North Carolina that would have taken place this weekend; please contact the organizers directly.

Acorns and Threads meet and greet will be on October 26, 2024 to meet Krista West from Avlea Folk Embroidery. Robin will be there to get Krista's autograph on her book and a pattern.
