I am a Certified Nutritionist, Fitness Coach & CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), and also an elite trainer, which includes a Yoga instructor. I am also CPR/AED certified by the International Sports Sciences Association.

I am a healthy diet and fitness lifestyle motivator. I have a diploma in Nutrition from Fabulous Academy California USA. I am also certified in Food, Health, Child Nutrition & Cooking, Science of well-being, Designing your personal weight loss Plan, and nutrition & lifestyle in Pregnancy from Stanford, Yale, Case Western & Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. My diet and lifestyle work miraculously on me and I do my regular research on a healthy lifestyle.

I am also a CPT student. The National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification has been developed by the NCCPT Certification Board to recognize those individuals who have demonstrated competent knowledge and skills needed to perform as personal trainers in the fitness industry. I am excited to be able to share my knowledge with you as soon as I earn my certification.
