As with any DIY project, there were challenges along the way. I made sure to spend a lot of time on preparation, sanding, priming, and repairing everything to ensure that the makeover would be durable and long-lasting.
To complete the makeover I painted the kitchen cabinets in a bold green finish that brings vibrancy and freshness to the space. With new hardware, black grout for the subway tiles, and all the finishing touches, the kitchen is completely transformed.
Whether you’re doing a budget-friendly kitchen makeover, tackling budget home improvement projects, or just looking for inspiration to refresh your home, this tutorial will show you exactly how to give your kitchen a makeover on a budget. By the end, you’ll see that a small budget can still result in a big impact!
