Here is my go recipe for breakfast burritos that I make every morning!

Tortilla Recipe:
Into a stand mixer add in 600 grams of all purpose flour, then 10 grams of salt, 15 grams of garlic powder and a tsp of baking powder. Turn the stand mixer onto low speed to mix solids. Microwave 1 stick salted butter for 30 seconds and add into flour mixture and continue to mix. Then add in warm water (~90 F) and add it slowly until no dry spots exist. It should be slightly sticky. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes. Then make 10 equal size balls and roll each on out on a floured surface like a silicon make. Heat a caste iron on medium heat. Roll out the the tortilla until it is a thin as possible and cook in the caste iron until it starts to bubble up and then flip. Once cooked place on a plate covered with a towel. Once all tortillas are cooked wait until they are fully cooled before placing in the fridge for storage.
