Hey family!! Thank you all so much for your continued love and support! I really appreciate each and every one of you. For those that have started the challenge with me, I hope we stay on course as hard as it is!!

Rules to 75 Soft Challenge
1. Eat well and only drink alcohol on social occasions
2. Drink 3 litres of water per day
3. Exercise 45 minutes per day plus 1 active recovery day per week
4. Reading 10 Pages of any book per day
5. Can take progress pictures if you want (totally optional)

I opted for 75 soft instead of hard because I can customise it to suit my current life stage (I am a busy toddler mom now)
Not doing this for weight loss currently. Doing this to challenge and grow mentally, and also to have discipline!
