It is conveniently located directly connected to Shinjuku Takadanobaba Station.
At Stamina Taro NEXT, you can enjoy all-you-can-eat buffet-style barbecue, sushi, Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, and desserts.
It is also a hands-on food theme park buffet restaurant with a do-it-yourself cooking corner.
At the do-it-yourself cooking corner, you can make ramen, udon, and pasta.
There is also a deep-fried skewer corner, and the freshly fried skewers are very tasty.
