How To Create Commands On WhatsApp Or Predefined Menu Or Quick Access Menu
Follow these steps to set up and manage predefined commands for easier automation in WhatsApp:
Step 1: Access WA Manager
Go to the Three Dots Menu:
Click on the three dots at the top right of your WhatsApp screen.
Select "WA Manager":
Navigate to the WA Manager section, then click on the settings icon.
Step 2: Select Automations
Click on "Automations":
In the settings menu, find and select the Automations option.
Step 3: Choose Commands Option
Go to "Commands":
Under Automations, select Commands to add predefined menu commands.
Add Commands:
You can add up to 30 predefined commands. These commands will be available for users to trigger specific actions or flows during a chat.
Step 4: Save Commands
Save Your Commands:
After setting up your commands, ensure you click Save to apply them.
Step 5: Integrate Commands in Flow Builder
Add Hot Keywords:
Go to the Flow Builder and set up commands as hot keywords. For example, you can configure the bot to respond to messages containing "Expo" or "\Expo".
Command Trigger:
Users can access the command menu during a conversation by typing the backslash ( \ ) and choosing from the available predefined commands.
Step 6: Adding a New Command
Navigate to "Conversation Automation":
In your settings, find the Conversation Automation section.
Click on "Commands":
Select Commands and add a new predefined command to the list.

Command Limitations:
Maximum 32 Characters:
Each command can have a maximum of 32 characters.
Maximum 256 Characters for Hints:
Each command hint can be up to 256 characters long.
Limit of 30 Commands:
You can add up to 30 commands in total.
