I've got a single malt scotch whisky from the Talisker distillery on the Isle of Skye today. This is the Talisker Parley X Wilder Seas. It's a limited edition release that's been finished in Cognac casks, which sounds interesting. I'll taste it and give you my thoughts. Cheers!
