いかがお過ごしですか？
今回は夏休みVlogです。
電車で3時間半かけて前から気になっていたGiethoorn という街へ1泊２日で行ってきました。

街の雰囲気は私の大好きなジブリ映画「魔女の宅急便」のキキの実家のよう。
時計の針が止まったような、まるで夢の中にいるような2日間でした。

宿泊先はセンターから少し離れた地元の集落の中にある庭園付きのコテージに泊まり、
自然の中でたっぷり深呼吸できたのんびり旅。

自然の中にいると本当の自分を取り戻せる気がします。

今週読んだ本で心に響いたフレーズは、”幸せは身を粉にして頑張った先にはない、そして自分の外側にも。何気ない日々の中でどれだけ小さな幸せを見つけることができるか”

今ある幸せに気づく力。

生き急ぐのではなくて、ゆっくり今ある幸せを踏みしめながら生きていきたい今日この頃です。

Dear friend,
How are you doing?
This is a summer vacation Vlog.

We took a 3.5 hour train ride to Giethoorn, a town I had been interested in for a while, and spent two days and one night there.

The atmosphere of the town reminded me of Kiki's family home in my favorite Ghibli movie, "Kiki's Delivery Service."

It was two days like the clock had stopped, like I was in a dream.

I stayed in a cottage with a garden in a local village a little ways from the center,

It was a relaxing trip where I was able to take a deep breath in nature.

I feel like I can get back to my true self when I'm in nature.

The phrase that resonated with me from a book I read this week was, "Happiness is not found at the end of working yourself to the bone, and it's also outside of yourself. Weather how many little bits of happiness you can find in a day”

The ability to notice things and appreciate them what you have now.

Not to rush through life, but rather live slowly, stepping on the happiness I have now.
