If the tenant has violated the terms and condition of rent agreement, he may be evicted for violating the tenancy agreement. So one of the ground for eviction of tenant as mentioned in Punjab Rented Premises Act 2009 is "using the property/house for that purpose for which it was not let out" I mean if tenant uses the house for commercial activity but the house was let out to him for residential purpose then this is the ground for his eviction. So you need to send him a written notice for vacation mentioning the detail of his violation. I have shown the way how to draft /type/write a notice to be sent to the tenant.
