Stuff to try for increased perseverance, productivity, pluckiness, and pride. I'm so glad I tried these things in my PhD. Some I tried once and never needed to again; some I tried and realised I could try over and over again; and some I never wanted to try, but I had to when I needed it (and it helped).

A lot of the things mentioned here have their own video exploring them fully, in order:
