In this video we are going to see how to make rasam powder recipe (rasam podi in tamil)

Ingredients : red chillies – 12 nos, coriander seeds – ½ cup, toor dal (red gram) – ½ cup, pepper – ¼ cup, cumin seeds – ¼ cup, curry leaves – 2 sprigs

Note : 1. Dry roast curry leaves until crispy, 2. Store this rasam powder in a air tight container and use

switch on the stove (medium flame) – in a heavy bottom vessel dry roast all the ingrediends one by one for a minute each or until it becomes hot – set them aside to cool in a dry plate – add all the roasted items in a mixie jar and grind it to coarse powder – now the aromatic rasam powder is ready to use
