Delicious pumpkin dessert. Pumpkin turns out like marmalade. Delicate and delicious. The kids just love him. I tried this pumpkin dessert sprinkled with powdered sugar and coconut flakes, but I like it more in its pure form.
Recipe:
Pumpkin - 500 g.
Sugar - 100 g.
Juice of half a lemon.
Agar-agar -7 g.
