The third series of this extremely popular television docusoap, follows the high-flying life of working for the low-cost airline easyJet - one the UK's youngest and fastest-growing carriers. With a continued look at the lives and characters we met in the second series, get set to meet some new ones along the way.

If you want to see people at their very worst, take a job as a supervisor at Luton Airport. Jane gets it all, drunks, abusive businessmen, and ungrateful passengers. This week Jane finally cracks and an altercation with an irate and rude passenger drives her to hand in her notice. It's the school holidays so the airport is full of children, which is bittersweet for check in assistant Katrina. She has had chemotherapy treatment twice and may never have children herself. EasyJet's millionaire boss Stelios is handing out cash at Geneva airport, but he hasn't gone totally mad. He is trying to turn a potential disaster into a PR event; after the airline presold tickets on a route they hadn't secured the rights to. He has to give the passengers their money back and let them fly for free. Never to miss out on an opportunity, savvy Stelios has a plan to get back some of the money, with a whip round on the flight.
