Produced 1977 by Windward Video for the KEY Project in Kahalu'u, O'ahu. Documents the He'eia Restoration Project to restore a variety of limu to Kane'ohe Bay and to educate the public about conservation/preservation in order to perpetuate the growth of limu in the area.
