Sub : YOGA CLASSES AT YOUR SCHOOL
Vishnu Bharath Yoga KalaiKoodam was founded in 1998 with the intention of spreading the values of yoga throughout Tamilnadu. The Founder is a disciple of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnu Devananda, undergone training at Himalayas. The goal of this organisation, now run by a charitable trust, is to enhance the health and longevity of both young and old alike, through the practice of yoga. This organisation is also regularly conducting yoga competitions, in which children from both government and private schools participate.

Presently we are conducting classes for Individuals, Corporates, Schools and Colleges. We conduct classes in our Centre at Arumbakkam and Door step classes to elite individuals. I continuance in our endeavour we are planning to expand our learning to more schools and colleges.

We wouldappreaciate if you can call us for a discussion for taking Yoga Classes for groups in your school/college. We have Sivananada Ashram trained Yoga teachers for taking classes.
