Of to start to exist suddenly. The act of trying to feel alive is a respond to Seneca's book–On the Shortness of Life. In the book, Seneca explains how humans are wasting time in this finite world, living anywhere but the present moment.

“You lives as if you were destined to live forever, no thought of your frailty ever enters your head, of how much time has already gone by you take no head”
–Seneca (On the Shortness of Life)

Realising this, gives me some kind of urge feel alive again, and live the fullest in the present moment, without worrying about the future nor the past.

Every minute counts and we must remember a gift it is to have these moments. That we are lucky to be here doing what we do. That we are ultimately lucky to be alive.

So spring up, and be alive again, warrior.
