This film is about the Meseta.
After walking about 10-12 days on the Camino de Santiago, your body starts to get used to walking and then you also arrive at the Meseta.

Meseta Central is a high plateau in central Spain. The area it covers is huge and it also reaches the Camino Frances, between Burgos and Leon.

This part of the Camino is famous among pilgrims because of the beautiful skies, the heat, the fields and long sweeping roads.
Here, time and distance are sometimes difficult to determine.

Many hikers "skip" the Mesetan.
Maybe because they think it will be boring, they are afraid of the heat or for some other reason.

For me, the Meseta is one of the most amazing parts of the Camino de Santiago. It is on the Meseta that you are mentally tested and have the opportunity to think and reflect.

In this video I will present what the roads look like along the Meseta, so expect nothing but roads and nature in this video.
