We are traveling around Argentina and getting ourselves into tricky paths off-road. Water, loose rocks, and many holes. All during an orange alert for Zonda winds (Foehn effect).

We are driving through the provinces of San Juan and Mendoza in Argentina. At the end of October 2023 there was a week with Zonda winds that made a chaos in the Andes. All peaks are now snow covered and Argentina gets to experience crazy winds.

we need to find shelter and get ourselves into canyons to get out of the winds. We think we have done some tricky off-road, but then we are again wrong as the next day, we get to do one of the most technical paths we have ever done. the road itself is said to be closed, but we do it anyway.

On the other side in Uspallata, we get to experience the snow after many years as we get close to the Aconcagua.

We continue our way to Mendoza and the Valle de Uco and enjoy the best food in Bodega La Azul. incredible experience we will remember forever.

Enjoy the Ride!
