This is the perfect stew for any day you want to eat something cozy. Sancocho is what we call our Puerto Rican Stew. It's traditionally made in a pot, but you can so do it in a crock pot, I've done that before and it turns out great!

This is how I make my version of Sancocho, everyone has their way of making theirs, I like to keep mine very simple.

1 lb. chuck round meat
1/2 bag Goya Yucca
1/2 bag Goya Yautia
1/2 Bag Goya Tropical Vegetables
2 green plantains
1 envelope Sazon
1 envelope ham flavor
2 tbs Sofrito
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tbs Adobo
1 sliced ear of corn
1 pot or crock pot
