Watch out when arriving in Manila International Airport. "Officials" will try to overcharge you for a taxi by calling it for you. Don't fall for it. Go to the YELLOW TAXI STAND near Bay 14 outside arrivals. I found out the Coupon taxis are good too. (See top link below)
