Bakery Artisan Bread
3c flour
1/4t yeast
1t salt mix
1 1/2 c warm water
Mix shaggy dough no knead

Rise 3 or 4 hours cover
Oven 450
Cast iron Pot in oven

Pull from bowl
Shape tuck ball.
Put on parchment
Transfer to basket or bowl
Let it sit for a moment
Put in oven inside iron pan, cover.
Bake for 30 min
Take lid off
Bake 9 min.


2 Ingredient Muffins
1 can pumpkin purée
1 box Spice Mix
Combine
Add ins like choc chips or nuts or raisins.
Bake 350 for 15 min. Till done.
Eat as is or frost/glaze and decorate.


Stuffed Bacon Peppers
Cut up as many peppers as you like. I used 3.
Wash. Clean out. Cut in half then in thirds. Each pepper should have 3 slices.
Cream cheese filling: for 3 peppers: one 8 oz block. Softened. Add herbs of choice.
Spread onto each pepper slice
Wrap half slice of bacon around each. Bake 375 for 30 min or till bacon is crisp.
