Wiggle tube to build a fly off of, or slip on a hoochie. Beware you might need to tie a keel on since there's no hook bend to serve as one. Using polycarbonate material salvaged from packaging. Drill hole from about 30% to about 40% of the way down from the top of the lip for proper action. The more lip material there is below the hole, the more the action. Beware too much protruding lip will cause fly to roll instead of wiggle. Angle of the lip should be about 30 to 45 degrees down. Experiment!
