We are so proud of our one year old baby boy Neo for everything he has been through. He was born Deaf with severe to profound hearing loss and wasn't able to hear anything for the first year of his life, until he got cochlear implant surgery. Now he has been advancing so much with his speech and hearing, we think it is time for another big boy step in life.
