A short video which explains the psychological impact that the menopause can have on individuals, including the impact upon cognition and concentration and how this in turn can cause difficulties in the workplace and impact negatively on confidence. The video also explores the affect that menopause can have on an individual’s mental health, contributing to low mood, increased anxiety, irritability and in some cases depression; offering practical suggestions for individuals’ to provide support.
