Todd Gloria has served as a member of the California State Assembly since 2016, representing the 78th district. From 2008-2016, he was a member of the San Diego City Council (district 3). He was president of the city council from 2012-2014, which included a stint as interim mayor. Gloria graduated from University of San Diego with majors in history and political science.
